Superdraw Terms and Conditions

Superdraw Terms and Conditions

Effective from 26th June 2026

From time to time, the Promoter may promote a Superdraw as part of the Lottery programme. When this happens, Members in the subscription Lottery will automatically have their usual entries included in the Superdraw instead of the standard weekly draw.

Players may also have the opportunity to purchase additional Single Entry Chances in Superdraws from Thames Hospice shops, online, or via raffle tickets.

Unless stated otherwise below, all standard Lottery terms and conditions continue to apply to Superdraws.

Definitions

  • “External Lottery Manager” Sterling Management Centre Limited
  • “Fast Reply Draw” An additional promotional draw that is separate to the Draw. An individual is eligible for this draw if they have purchased tickets/ made a donation towards the relevant campaign before the published closing date.
  • “Rules” The rules of the Thames Hospice Superdraw as set out below and amended from time to time. See also the Thames Hospice Lottery Policies here: https://lottery.thameshospice.org.uk/lottery-policies/
  • “Superdraw” a one-off draw that is part of the Thames Hospice Lottery whereby members may purchase additional tickets for the chance to win an increased prize. Players may also purchase Single Entry Chances.
